Lovely place with great quality of beef. The broth and the noodles also tasted great. The ambiance is a bit rowdy yet still enjoyable. A little crowded given that the place isn't that big, but still had a nice time. The drinks were pretty good too. The service was friendly, but not very welcoming. Could have been because it has been a long day since we went an hour before closing time. Still, the waiter was nice. In terms of price, pretty reasonable, 9$ for a small bowl, 10$ for a large bowl and 11$ for an extra large. In my opinion, it is one of the best restaurant options in China Town.
I've been coming here for 23 years. It was amazing all those years ago and it's amazing now. I can't imagine anything more comforting and reassuring than being able to go in and order something and have it be just as fabulously delicious as the first time I ate it. It's not just a nostalgia thing, it's consistency that keep me coming back. As long as they're open, I will continue to go.
Pho bang New York was a complete win. Everything about this place was perfect. The ambiance was nice, the service was fast. The food was outstanding and the prices are really good too. Need I say more ? Go try this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
A good eatery in Montreal's Chinatown. Not the most elaborate menu but I like it. I had the mixes meat dish with the vermicelli. I did not enjoy the sauce it comes with but it was in the side so I didn't have to add it to my dish. Service can be slow. We waited 15 minutes before someone came over to our table. Once I ordered, it was quick. Keep in mind that this place is cash only. They have a banking machine but the fees are high so go prepared. I would rate this place in the top 10 in Chinatown.
